TUI are seeking to recruit 300 overseas holiday resort representatives and 100 overseas holiday resort children's representatives / crèche representatives for their summer 2011 season. This is a perfect opportunity for anyone seeking work in the Travel & Tourism sector.

Resort Representatives are expected to make customers feel special through the delivery of exceptional customer service and the promotion of company products to add value to the customer's holiday experience. They ensure that the customer overseas experience is hassle free by taking accountability of every customer problem or query and following through to resolution. They will share
local knowledge to meet every customers individual needs.

Children's Representatives make younger customers feel special by ensuring that they have a fun and memorable holiday experience, delivering a varied and stimulating activity programme, which is creative, innovative and in a safe environment. To deliver activities to children and build a rapport with the whole family. Ensuring that the childcare adds value to the holiday experience. They will share local knowledge by promoting products and services at welcome meetings. Additional duties may include providing information on airport transfers and excursions as required.

British/EU passport, UK/Ireland bank account, National Insurance Number, minimum 2 years UK/Ireland resident, Aged 18+ are essential minimum requirements for both roles.
