Vertex provides a telephone based customer service for Marks & Spencer customers. They need a minimum of 150 staff to work between now and Christmas.

JOB TITLE and brief job role description
Inbound Customer Advisors: (Sale & Wythenshawe)
Taking inbound calls and answering emails from Marks & Spencer customers, processing orders, tracking deliveries, dealing with all general enquiries and complaints.
Outbound Customer Advisors: (Wythenshawe only)
Making outbound calls to customers in response to earlier complaints or queries. Has responsibility for responding to/rectifying customer complaints and promoting additional products and services offered by M&S to their customers.
Candidates should have a passion for customer service.
Full training is provided and overtime is available if work over 37.5 hours per week. There are full and part time positions available.
