JOB TITLE and brief job role description
To be the next big success at Ticketmaster you will have solid computer and keyboard skills, an eye for detail, confident communication skills, a commitment to providing excellent customer service and a focus on achieving the sale. You will be an active team player, but also be happy to work under your own initiative. You will ideally have customer service sales experience gained in a call centre environment. Full training is provided. The hourly rate is £6.00 and this opportunity is offered as a 3 month fixed term contract.
