Are you over 18 and would like to understand more about Mental Health & Wellbeing?
Manchester Public Health Development Service in conjunction with Volunteer Centre Manchester are offering a half day course for volunteers (who are 18+) on understanding mental health and wellbeing in Manchester.
This course will help you:
be more aware of what is meant by mental health and wellbeing
know more about the impact poor mental health and wellbeing can have on people's lives
feel more confident about supporting people with mental health issues in your voluntary work
