    TIMES OF SHIFTS 07:00 - 13:00 Role/Task 1
    08:00 -12:30 or 12:00 - 16:30 Role/Task 2, 3 & 5
    10:00 - 16:00 Role Task 4

    ROLE / TASKS 1 Meet & Greeter / Ambassador / Information Assistant
    Qualifications / Skills Required Excellent verbal communication skills & customer service skills.

    ROLE / TASKS 2 Assist with set-up and handing out of refreshments at Etihad (Venue 1) 
    Qualifications / Skills Required Manual Handling; Customer Service

    ROLE / TASK 3 Assist with set-up and handing out of refreshments at Old Trafford (Venue 2)
    Qualifications / Skills Required Manual Handling; Customer Service

    ROLE / TASK 4 Preparing and handing out Goody Bags at Etihad (Venue 1)
    Qualifications / Skills Required Manual Handling; Customer Service

    ROLE / TASK 5 Litter Picker / Ambassador at Lowry Plaza (Venue 3)
