This exciting martial art turned Olympic Sport has it's British home in Manchester and hosts the annual British Open many of you will have already taken part in over the years.
Now, athletes, teams and spectators from across Europe will descend on our city for the
prestigious European Championships

MEV Volunteers have helped to make Taekwondo events a great success in the past in a wide variety of interesting roles - getting to interact with many nationalities and personalities!

Plus you get to see this dynamic Olympic sport close up as the best athletes in Europe battle for glory only 14 weeks before the London Olympic Games!
