The CIC Volunteers Scheme is a Manchester based volunteer project, our aim is to
provide volunteering opportunities to members of the Greater Manchester
community, the opportunities we have on offer vary, but they mainly focus on
providing placements to do with community support and support for vulnerable youth and adults.

We are based in Hulme and presently work in Crumpsall, Hulme, Longsight and Moston; each
project caters for residents with different support needs such as people with alcohol problems, people with mental health or mobility needs, BME communities, migrants and refugees. The scheme
welcomes volunteers from a range of different backgrounds, they do not need to have experience of mental health, alcohol or homelessness issues as training and support will be given.
